ApartmentRatings’ 2019 Top Rated Award Winners

We are proud to share that four Origin properties – The Clayson (Origin Fund III), Iroquois Club (Origin Fund II), Stella at the Medical Center (Origin Fund III), and the Fletcher Southlands (Origin Fund III) – were recently named top-rated communities of 2019 by ApartmentRatings. Properties are awarded this honor by having outstanding resident satisfaction as measured on the ApartmentRatings website. Only about 5% of the total properties listed on the site qualify for an award, making it an outstanding accomplishment.

Property-Level Tactics to Combat COVID-19

The investment management team at Origin is hard at work to ensure our on-site management teams are providing timely communications to our residents and tenants during this unprecedented time. We’ve implemented a robust maintenance plan that includes an increased level of disinfecting highly trafficked common areas. All in-person tours and customer services engagements has been replaced with virtual tours and electronic communications to ensure the health and safety of all.

To help maintain community involvement at our multifamily properties, our on-site management teams have been hosting a wide range of virtual events and gatherings. For example, residents are participating in weekly fitness contests with the winner receiving a gift card to a local business. And 675 N Highlands, a Fund III property, recently hosted a happy hour where residents could participate by sitting outside on their patios to engage with neighbors from a safe distance.
