Horizon at Sereno – IncomePlus Fund – Tampa Bay, FL


We’re excited to share that we’ve partnered with RISE Construction for a second time to build a 320-unit community in the high-growth market of Tampa Bay, Fla. Horizon at Sereno is a 17-acre site that will break ground in the next month, targeting late spring of 2024 to deliver the first units. The community will divide its units among seven three- and four-story buildings with one-, two- and three- bedroom units averaging 1,100 square feet. Horizon at Sereno’s submarket, Sun City, has a shortage of multifamily housing options. Furthermore, the project sits next to DG Farms, a 280-acre master-planned community that will contain 650 residential homes and retail.
