Cherry Creek Plaza was a two-building office complex located in Glendale, Colorado, two miles south of Denver, in it’s most prestigious enclave, Cherry Creek. This opportunity was sourced in an off market transaction. The Class A office complex was comprised of two 13-story buildings totaling 314,000 square feet. The buildings featured panoramic views – including coveted western views of the mountains – and were among the tallest buildings in the Glendale submarket. Origin and its Denver-based partner, Corum Real Estate, completed a multi-million dollar renovation and repositioning of the buildings, focusing on lobbies, common areas, restrooms and other amenities in line with the market.
