NoDa Trailside, Origin’s largest development deal to date, is a multi-phase ground-up development in the rapidly growing NoDa submarket of Charlotte. Phase I will feature 326 Class A, garden-style apartment units with construction beginning in September of 2021. The property consists of two parcels that are in immediate proximity to a host of amenities, entertainment, and the newly opened 36th Street Lynx light rail station.
