The project is part of a master-planned community in an undeveloped suburban area within an Opportunity Zone. The development partner is Roers & Co., which has completed more than 5,580 units in the past 10 years across 49 deals. This project will see increased demand as each stage of the greater project is completed. Wesley Chapel has experienced explosive growth due to its proximity to major employment nodes, I-75, good school districts and an influx of young professionals.
