Jim Haas

Jim is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing project-based credit facilities for new developments and exiting assets across the Southeast. 

Before joining Origin Credit Advisers, he was a relationship manager at Fifth Third Bank for five years, where he originated senior debt facilities on new development projects. Earlier, he was an underwriter at Fifth Third and an investment analyst for two multifamily operators.

Jim received his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of South Carolina. Jim resides in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
