What fees are associated with QOZ Fund III?

Investors should be aware of the following fees:

Management Fee: 1.25% per year on Net Asset Value (NAV).
Acquisition Fee: 0.5% of the property purchase price or development budget.
Administrative Fee: Up to 2% of the invested amount, depending on investment size:
- $249,999 or less: 2%
- $250,000 to $999,999: 1%
- $1 million to $4,999,999: 0.5%
- $5 million or more: 0%

The Fund follows a direct-to-consumer model and does not charge broker commissions.
