How do I request a redemption?

Please submit a formal request by sending us a secure message in the portal by following the below steps:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Investment Accounts.
  3. Click Contact Manager.
  1. Select Origin Investments as your manager.
  2. Enter the redemption request details in the text section, including the dollar amount, investment account name, and fund name.

For example, “Redeem [$X or ‘all of my investment’] under [Account Name] from [Fund name].”

  1. Click Send.

An Investor Services team member will confirm your request and provide the necessary information for next steps.
