Dalton Hayes

Dalton is a key member of Origin Investments’ investment management team, where he oversees ground-up development execution and construction management across major markets including Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.  
 
Before joining Origin, Dalton served as a project manager at the Morgan Group and CFC Construction. During his tenure, he oversaw the construction of more than 1,300 multifamily units collectively valued at over $500 million. He managed all phases of construction, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. 
 
Dalton’s education includes a master of business administration in finance from the University of Denver. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served five years of active duty before transitioning in 2017. 
 
Originally from upstate New York, Dalton resides in Denver. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, fly fishing, photography and all forms of motorsports.
