Erica Yaguchi

Erica is responsible for the underwriting, due diligence and closing of prospective commercial real estate investments across Origin’s target markets. Previously, she was a senior associate at Cypress Equities, responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, capitalization and asset management of retail, multifamily, office, hospitality, and industrial development and acquisition opportunities. 

Erica received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University. She resides in Dallas. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, Pilates, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
