Sarah Prescott

Sarah is responsible for the implementation of operational and performance strategies for Origin’s assets in the Southeast. She is based in Origin’s Charlotte office.  
 
Before joining Origin, Sarah held various development and asset management roles in high-growth markets with Collett Capital and Grubb Properties. In her most recent role at Collett Capital, she oversaw a portfolio with over $300 million of multifamily assets under management in various life cycles. 
 
Sarah received her undergraduate degree in business administration and economics from Saint Joseph’s University, New York, and earned MBA with a concentration in real estate development and finance from the University of North Carolina. Sarah also completed undergraduate architecture studies at NYIT. She is an active member of CREW Charlotte and Habitat for Humanity.  

Relocating to Charlotte, from NY in 2018, Sarah enjoys ‘Lake Life’ on Lake Norman and hitting the beaches along the Carolina coast.
