Tim Noonan

Tim brings over 25 years of real estate and capital markets expertise to Origin. As head of capital markets, he is primarily responsible for establishing and executing leverage strategies for credit and equity platforms. This includes managing financing structures such as warehouse facilities, back-leverage solutions, and senior-junior debt arrangements. He also is involved in individual project finance structuring and execution.

Prior to Origin, Tim spent the past 25 years in the mortgage banking industry at CBRE, JLL and PGIM, raising debt and preferred equity capital for individual projects and portfolios totaling more than $5 billion across all asset types.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is a member of NMHC and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Based in Charlotte, N.C., he’s a proud dad of three daughters and a lifelong Chicago sports fan. He’s active in fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball, and he loves to travel.
