Jacquelyn Aaron

Jacqui joined Origin Investments’ Charlotte office in August 2025 and oversees transaction management for commercial real estate investments across all target markets. Prior to joining Origin, she spent nine years in investment sales with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, where she led transaction management across North Carolina and South Carolina. She managed more than 700 multifamily transactions, representing over 125,000 units and $18 billion in sales volume.
 
Jacqui holds a juris doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a bachelor of science from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina.
 
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Charlotte with her golden retriever, Clover.
