Javier Santos

Javier is part of Origin’s Private Wealth Solutions team, where he plays a pivotal role in leading capital formation and business development efforts for the firm’s private equity real estate offerings. He focuses on strengthening and expanding relationships with registered investment advisors (RIAs) and family offices, overseeing investor engagement and business growth within the Western US territory.
 
Before joining Origin in 2026, Javier spent 4.5 years at TCW, a leading asset management firm offering public equity, fixed income, and private alternative investment solutions. There, he built extensive experience in capital raising and business development, partnering with financial advisors from top broker-dealers such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Wells Fargo Advisors throughout the West Coast.
 
Javier lives in Los Angeles, California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Analysis from California State University, Northridge. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his loved ones.
