Origin Fund I achieved a 27.70% net IRR1, outperforming 90% of other funds with a similar vintage. The Fund’s assets were in markets that demonstrated substantial increases in population and job growth and exhibited attractive long-term demographic indicators. These markets included cities such as Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Seattle. Additionally, the Fund focused on acquiring smaller transactions between $10-40 million where competition was limited, and inefficiencies were abundant.
