Redemption

How do I request a redemption?

What fees are associated with redemptions?
Lock-up periods and the duration of the investment may impact fees. Each fund has specific restrictions and guidelines. Please review the terms of the fund in which you are invested.
Are there limits to my ability to redeem?
Yes. All redemptions are subject to the liquidity of the fund’s investments. In general, the managing member intends to limit the total amount of net redemptions per calendar quarter to 5% of the fund’s NAV.
When will I receive my redemption?
Redemptions are processed quarterly. Members are generally required to deliver an advanced tender offer election notice as early as 60 days before the redemption date. If the notice is submitted after the deadline, the redemption request may be delayed until the next quarterly cycle.
