Redemption

This article outlines the steps to request a redemption of your position with us. As each fund may have unique restrictions, timelines, and associated fees, investors are encouraged to review the specific fund’s guidelines or contact their dedicated investor relations associate for details.

How do I request a redemption?

Please submit a formal request by sending us a secure message in the portal by following the below steps:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Investment Accounts.
  3. Click Contact Manager.
  1. Select Origin Investments as your manager.
  2. Enter the redemption request details in the text section, including the dollar amount, investment account name, and fund name.

For example, “Redeem [$X or ‘all of my investment’] under [Account Name] from [Fund name].”

  1. Click Send.

An Investor Services team member will confirm your request and provide the necessary information for next steps.

What are the fees associated with redemptions?

Lock-up periods and the duration of the investment may impact fees. Each fund has its own specific restrictions and guidelines. Please review the terms of the fund in which you are invested.

Are there limits to my ability to redeem?

Yes. All redemptions are subject to the liquidity of the Fund’s investments. In general, the managing member intends to limit the total amount of net redemptions per calendar quarter to 5% of the Fund’s NAV.

When will I receive my redemption?

Redemptions are processed quarterly. Members are generally required to deliver an advanced tender offer election notice as early as sixty days before the redemption date. If the notice is submitted after the deadline, the redemption request may be delayed until the next quarterly cycle.
