Reset Password

If you’ve lost or forgotten your Origin Investments Portal password, or if it’s not working, you can reset it by following the steps provided. This guide will help you regain access quickly.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.investors.origininvestments.com/login.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Type the email address associated with your Origin Investments account and then click send reset information. If the email address exists in our system, Juniper Square will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you do not receive the reset email, try the following:

  • Check junk or spam folder: The email may be routed to your junk or spam folder by your email provider. Check these folders for the email.
  • Add Juniper Square to safe senders list: Ensure that emails from Juniper Square are not marked as spam by adding no-reply@archive.junipersquare.com to your safe senders list or contacts. 

Resend reset email: If you haven’t received the email after checking your junk or spam folder, you can try resending the reset email from the login page.
