Request a Subscription and Increase Investment
Once you decide to subscribe to one of our funds, please contact your investor relations associate to begin the process.
To prepare for the subscription, please follow the outlined procedures in our other articles. Those include submitting required documentation, completing the subscription questionnaire, and understanding the terms and conditions associated with the investment. How do I access my subscription if the link in the email doesn’t work?
After you have confirmed with your investor relations associate that you would like to subscribe, you can access the subscription through our Investor Portal. Once you log in, you will see all open subscriptions available to you on the home page. Simply click on the green subscribe button and you will be taken to the subscription.
Do I need to fill out a new subscription each time I want to invest?
You will only need to fill out a new subscription if you are investing in a fund for the first time or using a new investment account. After you have subscribed with Origin once, the process to subscribe through the same account becomes much simpler, as our system will give you the option to use the information provided in a previous subscription to automatically fill out the new subscription. If you are increasing your investment in a fund you are already invested in, you only need to complete and sign an Increase in Capital Commitment form.
How do I get an increase form?
This is similar to a subscription request. Contact your investor relations associate and they will send an Increase in Capital Commitment form to you via DocuSign.
