How do I view or change my two-factor authentication delivery method?
You can choose between phone or email authentication for your two-factor authentication. With phone authentication, Juniper Square sends a special code either by SMS text or call to confirm your identity. With email authentication, a code is sent to your email address to confirm your identity.
To update your contact information associated with your account’s two-factor authentication, log in to your account by navigating to Settings > Two-factor authentication.
What are recovery codes?
Recovery codes are special backup codes that you can use to access your account if you ever lose access to your primary authentication methods, such as your phone or email. These 10 codes are generated by Juniper Square and are provided to you when you set up two-factor authentication. To view them, navigate to Settings > Two-factor authentication. Note that each recovery code provided can only be used once. Once you’ve used all your codes, you’ll need to contact investors-support@junipersquare.com for assistance.
