Audrey Castaigne

As an investment management associate, Audrey is responsible for Origin’s Texas portfolio, focusing on property-level performance, financial metrics, lease-up activity, and marketing for new developments. She is based in Origin’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Origin, Audrey was an analyst at Montgomery Street Partners, where she was responsible for financial analysis, due diligence and asset management for multifamily and build-to-rent investments. Earlier, she was an analyst at McFarlin Group, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, development and investor relations.

Audrey received her undergraduate degree in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University. A Dallas native, she enjoys weekends at the family ranch, reading, Formula One, and spending time with family and friends.
