Chris Neumann

Vice President of Investment Management

Chris is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the firm’s national multifamily portfolio. He collaborates with investment partners and third party management teams to drive the strategy of Origin’s lease-up and stabilized operating portfolio, and he leads the firm’s refinancing and disposition efforts.

Prior to joining Origin Investments at its headquarters in 2017, Chris served in various roles with NorthMarq Capital’s loan production and loan servicing offices.

Chris received his undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance from Saint John’s University (MN) and a master’s degree in Real Estate from DePaul University. Chris lives in Nashville, TN and is involved with a local nonprofit, Rebuilding Together Nashville. He enjoys keeping up with the local music scene and cheering on Minnesota sports.
