Keaton Meidinger

Keaton is a Senior Acquisitions Associate at Origin Investments, where he is responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of prospective multifamily investments across the firm’s target markets.

Prior to joining Origin, Keaton was a Senior Associate at Grand Peaks, where he focused on both acquisitions and portfolio management initiatives. Before that, Keaton worked at PwC in the Real Estate Valuation group, where he performed more than $50.0B in property and portfolio level valuations across all asset classes.
Keaton is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He received a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Financial Economics and Accounting from the University of Redlands. He lives in Castle Pines, CO and in his free time enjoys golf, traveling, and hiking.

Earlier in his career, Keaton worked at PwC in the Real Estate Financial Markets group, where he performed property and portfolio-level valuations across multiple asset classes.
