Leasing Begins at Origin Fund III Asset, Haven at Bellaire


We acquired Haven at Bellaire at the end of 2019 as a ground-up multifamily development for Origin Fund III. The 297-unit development is on schedule and currently under budget. The leasing process began in early July and we’ve already signed seven leases so far. The first of nine residential buildings and clubhouse are slated to be open mid-September.

Prior to Origin, he worked as a Director of Wealth Management at Polaris Greystone Financial Group, a San-Francisco-based RIA that managed about $2 billion in AUM. Tony obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio and holds a Certified Financial Planner certification. In his free time, he enjoys all types of fitness, traveling, volunteering and spending time with his wife and four children.
