Rosehill Preserve | Origin Fund III

We are excited to announce the sale of Rosehill Preserve, a Fund III multifamily asset and Origin’s first investment in Orlando, FL. The sale price was a 38.4% increase over our 2019 purchase price, following a competitive bidding process involving 200+ interested parties. The deal is projected to return a 34.4% gross IRR and 1.88x gross multiple to Fund III investors over a 26-month hold period. Over the course of our ownership, we renovated 45 units and lifted in-place rents by 13.2%, with the property averaging 91% occupancy and 37% retention. We also generated 209 online reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars during our hold period, as compared to 154 reviews with an average rating of 3.6 stars received during the previous owner’s hold.
