We recently completed the disposition of 675 N. Highland in Atlanta, less than five years after acquiring it and undertaking a value-add initiative that developed 39 new units and more than 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The 164-unit community, located in the Virginia Highlands submarket, was sold to TA Realty for $80.25 million. The investment in 675 Highland generated a 15% gross IRR and a 1.96x gross equity multiple for Origin Fund III investors.
