There is approximately $9 million ahead of Origin’s preferred equity position, meaning the project would need to lose over 20% in value before our investment is at risk.Haven at Mansfield is part of a larger planned urban development and is in close proximity to Mansfield Medical Center, Texas Health Mansfield Hospital, and the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Mansfield. Origin has an existing relationship with our development partner, Guefen Development, who has completed 29 previous projects in Texas.
