Haven at Mansfield | Origin IncomePlus Fund

We recently closed Haven at Mansfield, a $7.5 million preferred equity investment with a 12.5% target annualized return. Our investment will help finance the development of a 257-unit, multifamily property located in Mansfield, TX near Dallas and Fort Worth. There is approximately $9 million ahead of Origin’s preferred equity position, meaning the project would need to lose over 20% in value before our investment is at risk.Haven at Mansfield is part of a larger planned urban development and is in close proximity to Mansfield Medical Center, Texas Health Mansfield Hospital, and the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Mansfield. Origin has an existing relationship with our development partner, Guefen Development, who has completed 29 previous projects in Texas.

Farm Haus | Origin Fund III

Farm Haus Apartments, an asset in Origin Fund III, is a ground-up multifamily development in Longmont, Colorado. The 280-unit, Class A apartment community is located on the main thoroughfare in Longmont, giving it tremendous access to retail and mountain views. Construction on this asset is coming along quickly with first units and amenity spaces scheduled for delivery this summer. The above photo shows the work that has been completed so far on this asset’s clubhouse.
